The way out

Two clicks, or no login at all

The cancel route is worth checking before you subscribe to anything, and it is unusually short here.

Inside the account, billing has a cancel control that takes two clicks. No retention flow, no phone call, no form explaining why.

The part that is rare

There is also a cancellation page that works without signing in, and a separate withdrawal page. Both are linked from every footer on the product site. That exists because some jurisdictions require a plainly reachable way to end a contract, and the product built it rather than arguing about it.

Practical consequence: if you ever lose access to the account e-mail, ending the subscription does not depend on recovering it.

What happens to the money

Billing is handled by Stripe, which is the merchant of record. The charge on a statement reads LINK.COM* PDFORA — worth knowing, because an unrecognised line on a statement is the usual reason people think they have been charged by someone else.
